Educating Communities Through
Awareness-Acknowledgement-Action
The Community Health Resources Program provides information, education, resources, technical assistance and services to help create healthy, safe, thriving Montana communities.
Healthy communities cannot exist without the necessary elements that offer individuals fair and equal opportunity to achieve their full health potential through access to known pre-requisites and services for good health and disease prevention.
The Community Health Resources Program promotes and enhances the capacity of individuals, families, and communities to make well-informed, healthy choices and decisions.
A major outreach strategy includes advancing health equity, reducing health disparities, and improving the health and well-being of vulnerable, underserved, at-risk, marginalized, disenfranchised populations.
C-CODA’s website is funded by the Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant.
The mission of the Elks National Foundation is to help Elks build stronger communities. We fulfill this pledge by investing in communities where Elks live and work.
